These project managers create a comprehensive implementation plan, help expedite network implementation by monitoring critical time frames and manage changes to enable timely deployment and network design integrity. They ensure the successful implementation of a solution so that it meets the customer’s expectations by following a time-tested, proven implementation plan to ensure customer initiatives are completed on schedule, on budget and within scope. Customers benefit from having a single point of contact to manage internal resources, third-party vendors and suppliers during implementation.
These services are available at the following levels:
- Program Management: Provides an onsite interface that is essential for large-project planning, controls and documentation to deliver coordinated consistency in implementations across a customer’s multi-site network
- Remote Project Coordination: Offers a remote interface on multi-site projects when a customer requires strict control of consistency across all the nodes implemented in the network
- Local Project Management: Coordinates, schedules, plans and manages single-location implementations and carries out the local project plans for multi-site projects coordinated by Sunturn’sprogram managers or remote project coordinators
